District of San Miguel

The Peruvian district of San Miguel is one of the 43 districts of the Province of Lima and is part of the urban area of Lima, capital city of Peru. Bordered on the east with the downtown Lima, the east district of Magdalena del Mar and the Free People, on the south by the Pacific Ocean and west by the Constitutional Province of Callao.

The district is primarily residential and focuses an important trade center especially in metropolitan La Marina Avenue.
